3. Before you write
A few details help us resolve things faster:
- Your station name (and stream URL if the issue is playback).
- What you were doing and what happened.
- Whether you’re broadcasting via the Nobex agent, BUTT, OBS, or another encoder.
- Screenshots of any error messages.
4. Billing & account
You can manage your plan, payment methods, and invoices anytime from Dashboard → Subscription. For billing questions not answered there, email us and we’ll sort it out.
5. A note on music licensing
We can help with anything technical about your stream, but we can’t advise on your music licensing — obtaining and reporting the rights for what you broadcast is handled by you and your licensors (see our Terms of Service).
